the laws of the United States, its treaty countries, the state of
California, and other jurisdictions. You may not reproduce, copy,
republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute the contents of this
WebCubic, Inc respects
the privacy of its customers and visitors. Our policy is to
treat what we learn about our clients as confidential. We do not
collect any personally identifiable information about you when you
visit our site unless you choose to provide that information.
We will not give or sell confidential or personal information about our
clients to any third party not affiliated with our firm, except as may
be required by law or as necessary to provide our services to the
WebCubic, Inc does not
require a long-term contract.
To terminate your
service with WebCubic, Inc, you must submit your request by
email. Include the following information in that email. Send
your email to email@example.com
- Your name
- Website domain name
- Contact information
(e-mail and phone number)
- Reason for cancellation
WebCubic will terminate
your service within three business days of receipt of your email.
It will be your
responsibility to ensure that we have received your cancellation
request. We do not pro-rate any charges. You are billed
according to the billing cycle that was established when your service
was initiated. When we process your cancellation request, we will
suspend your service and terminate further charges to your credit
card. We will not issue credits for any charges made prior to
receiving your cancellation notice.
Once you have cancelled
your service, WebCubic will no longer provide any services. This
includes, but not limited to, technical support, and domain name
services. (i.e.- renewals, updates, etc.)
If you have a balance
due at the time of cancellation, you are required to pay this this
balance in full.
